Production and Quality Engineer Job in MIE Part A Bahadurgarh

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality & Production Engineer to join in MIE Part-A, Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate must have a Mechanical Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience in production and quality functions. The candidate should possess good knowledge of MS Excel and be well-versed with measurement tools to ensure efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily production activities to achieve targets.

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product standards.

• Conduct inspections using measurement tools (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).

• Prepare and maintain production and quality reports in Excel.

• Support root cause analysis and corrective action for quality issues.

• Coordinate with the production team for process improvements and waste reduction.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Production/Quality department.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (reporting, data analysis, MIS).

• Knowledge of measurement and inspection tools.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
