Puchase Executive: Job Overview

We are seeking for a Purchase Executive with at least 3 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management to join in village Rohad, Sampla Haryana. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, vendor management expertise, and experience in sourcing materials for manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Procurement: Source raw materials, components, and equipment at competitive prices.
• Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Purchase Orders: Process purchase requisitions and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels and avoid supply shortages.
• Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
• Compliance: Ensure all purchases meet company policies and industry regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain purchase reports, supplier performance, and cost analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software & MS Excel.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of sourcing and procurement in the manufacturing sector.
