We are hiring an experienced Project Manager (ETP/STP Projects) for our growing operations in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) projects from planning to completion. The role requires strong project management skills, client coordination, site supervision, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

Requirements:

• B.Tech or M.Tech in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in ETP/STP project management
• Strong project planning and execution skills
• Experience in coordinating with clients, vendors, and site teams
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools
• Male candidates preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manage ETP and STP projects from initiation to successful completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and execution schedules
• Ensure compliance with environmental norms, safety standards, and project specifications
• Supervise installation, commissioning, and operational activities at project sites
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management
• Resolve project-related issues and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage resources effectively to achieve project milestones
• Conduct site visits and inspections to maintain quality standards
• Ensure timely project delivery while meeting client expectations
