Production Supervisor job in Sampla Haryana

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering to join in Sampla, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, good working knowledge of MS Excel, and hands-on experience with measurement tools such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Measuring Tape, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely completion of production targets

• Monitor manpower allocation and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

• Maintain accurate production records and reports using Excel

• Inspect components using measurement tools (Vernier caliper, micrometer, measuring tape, etc.)

• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of machines and tools

• Coordinate with quality and maintenance departments for smooth operations

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production supervisory role (preferably in a manufacturing unit)

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, reporting, basic formulas)

• Proficient in using measurement instruments: Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Measuring Tape, etc.

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Local candidates from or near Sampla, Haryana preferred
