We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to join manufacturing unit in Firozpur Jhirka, Nuh. The candidate will oversee daily production activities, ensure efficiency, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations on the shop floor
• Ensure production targets are met as per schedule
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance if required
• Maintain quality standards and reduce defects
• Manage and guide shop floor workers
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources
• Maintain production records and reports
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of production processes and shop floor management
• Basic understanding of machines and mechanical systems
• Strong leadership and team handling skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production/manufacturing
