We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planning & Control (PPC) Executive in footwear manufacturing unit based in Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning and controlling production processes in an EVA, PVC, or similar footwear manufacturing environment.
The role involves production scheduling, material planning, coordination with departments, and ensuring timely delivery of finished goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage production plans and schedules based on order requirements
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams for material availability (EVA, PVC, etc.)
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to timelines
- Track production status and update reports/MIS regularly
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and resources
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with quality team to maintain product standards
- Plan and monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per commitments
- Maintain proper documentation and production records
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of production planning and control (PPC)
- Experience in footwear manufacturing industry (EVA, PVC, rubber, etc.)
- Good understanding of supply chain and inventory management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2 to 5 years of experience as PPC Executive in footwear or similar manufacturing industry
- Experience in handling EVA, PVC-based production processes is mandatory
- Graduate / Diploma in Production, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field
