Production Planning and Control (PPC) Job In Sec 16 Bahadurgarh

We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented PPC Executive to join production team in Sector 16, Bahadurgarh. The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in production planning and control, and should be capable of coordinating with production, stores, and dispatch departments to ensure timely delivery and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage daily and weekly production plans based on orders and stock levels

• Monitor production progress and ensure timely execution as per schedule

• Coordinate with various departments like stores, quality, and dispatch for smooth workflow

• Track material availability and raise material requisitions if needed

• Analyze production delays and implement corrective actions

• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation

• Assist in improving productivity and reducing downtime through effective planning

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a PPC Executive in a manufacturing setup

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of production processes, inventory management, and reporting

• Software Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP software (preferred)

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to plan efficiently and handle pressure

• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Teamwork: Should be a good coordinator and proactive in resolving production issues

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc / BBA / Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience

• Knowledge or certification in production/ERP planning is a plus
