Production Engineer Job in MIE Part A Bahadurgarh

We are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated Production Engineers to join manufacturing unit in Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate should be a Diploma or Graduate, either a fresher or with up to 1 year of industry experience. The role offers hands-on exposure to the production process, machine operations, quality control, and day-to-day shop floor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily production activities on the shop floor.

• Ensure smooth functioning of machines and production lines.

• Assist in maintaining production targets and timelines.

• Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for process improvement.

• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.

• Follow safety and operational guidelines strictly.

• Report any production-related issues to the supervisor/manager.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of production processes and industrial machinery.

• Understanding of safety practices in manufacturing.

• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
