We are hiring a skilled Power Press Machine Operator with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the automobile industry. The candidate must be capable of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting power press machines to ensure safe and efficient metal stamping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate power press machines (manual and semi-automatic) for metal part production
• Set up dies, check alignment, and ensure proper machine settings
• Follow safety protocols to avoid accidents and injuries
• Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy
• Report any mechanical issues or defects to the maintenance team
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
• Adhere to daily production targets and company quality standards

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating power press machines
• Experience in automobile or sheet metal industry preferred
• Knowledge of die setup, tool change, and safety procedures
• Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings
• Physically fit and disciplined in shop floor operations
• ITI certification or similar technical qualification is an advantage
