We are looking for a skilled and experienced Painter to join at Old Industrial Area, Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial or commercial painting, surface preparation, paint application, and finishing work. Candidates with Diploma or ITI in Painter Trade and at least 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Perform painting and finishing work on industrial equipment, machinery, structures, and other surfaces as required
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling, and applying primer
- Mix and apply paints, coatings, primers, and other finishing materials properly
- Ensure smooth, uniform, and high-quality paint finishes
- Operate and maintain painting tools and equipment safely
- Inspect completed painting work for defects, uneven coating, or finishing issues
- Perform touch-up and repainting work whenever required
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the painting work area
- Follow workplace safety standards and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to complete painting work on schedule
- Minimize paint wastage and use materials efficiently
- Follow supervisor instructions and maintain the required quality standards
