We are looking for an experienced and proactive Packing Supervisor to join in Rohtak Haryana, oversee daily packing operations and ensure high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily packing line activities to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor quality checks, labeling, and packaging integrity as per standards.
Train, guide, and motivate packing staff to meet production targets.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines.
Collaborate with QA, Production, and Warehouse teams for seamless operations.
Maintain documentation and reports related to packing activities.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Experience Required
3–4 years of experience in packing operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of packing line processes and quality standards.
- Basic Computer Knowledge
