Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle office documentation, filing, and record management
- Manage calls, emails, and internal communication
- Coordinate with different departments and staff
- Maintain office supplies and vendor coordination
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Support basic HR and operational activities
- Prepare reports and maintain MIS records
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
