We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join in Kalayat, Kaithal. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily office activities, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle office documentation, filing, and record management
  • Manage calls, emails, and internal communication
  • Coordinate with different departments and staff
  • Maintain office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Support basic HR and operational activities
  • Prepare reports and maintain MIS records

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving and time management skills

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any field
  • Relevant experience preferred
