Female Office Coordinator job in Sec. 5, Bawana Delhi
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Office Coordinator (Female) with at least 1 year of experience to manage administrative and day-to-day office operations in Bawana, Sector 5. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between departments, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments..Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Support basic HR and accounting tasks (attendance, bills, petty cash, etc.).
- Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and assist management when needed.
- Ensure the office environment is neat and professional at all times.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in office coordination or administration.
- Graduate in any discipline.
