Job Description: Office Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to Join in Basai, Gurugram, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Assist in day-to-day office operations and clerical tasks.
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Office Coordination
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Coordinate with staff and external vendors for office-related tasks.
- Ensure the office environment is clean and well-organized.
Data Entry & Documentation
- Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and reports.
- Prepare invoices, reports, and basic documentation as needed.
- Maintain records of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Customer & Visitor Assistance
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Support staff with minor tasks as needed.
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an office assistant or administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
