Job Description: Office Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join in Tikri Kalan near to Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate should have 1+ year of experience in office administration and good computer knowledge to handle daily tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.

  • Handle data entry, record-keeping, and file management.

  • Assist in email correspondence, document preparation, and report generation.

  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.

  • Support HR, accounts, and other teams with administrative work.

  • Use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and emails efficiently.

  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and visitors professionally.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate.
  • 1+ year of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.

  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Data Entry, Email Handling).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and support multiple teams.
