Job Description: Office Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join in Tikri Kalan near to Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate should have 1+ year of experience in office administration and good computer knowledge to handle daily tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Handle data entry, record-keeping, and file management.
Assist in email correspondence, document preparation, and report generation.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
Support HR, accounts, and other teams with administrative work.
Use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and emails efficiently.
Handle incoming calls, messages, and visitors professionally.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate.
1+ year of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
Good computer skills (MS Office, Data Entry, Email Handling).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and support multiple teams.
