Job Description: Office Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Assistant with at least 3 years of experience to join in Bahadurgarh Haryana. The ideal candidate should have strong command over computer applications, particularly MS Excel and Google Sheets, and be capable of handling daily office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle data entry, record-keeping, and documentation using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Maintain and organize office files, supplies, and equipment.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Handle emails, calls, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication.
- Ensure compliance with office procedures and company policies.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an office assistant or administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle office operations independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in office management or administration.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
