MIS Executive Job in E-commerce Department in Sampla Haryana

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to join e-commerce team. The candidate will be responsible for managing data, preparing reports, analyzing sales performance, and supporting the decision-making process through accurate MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the e-commerce department.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to sales, inventory, dispatches, and returns.
• Generate reports on performance metrics, sales trends, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, accounts, and operations) for data accuracy.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide actionable insights to management for business growth and cost optimization.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to management

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Analysis tools).
• Knowledge of ERP systems, e-commerce portals, and reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis (preferably in e-commerce or retail industry).
