We are looking for hardworking and dedicated Machine Helpers to join automobile manufacturing unit in Hodal, Palwal. The candidate will assist machine operators in production activities and ensure smooth functioning of machines on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in operating production machines (CNC, VMC, etc.)
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components
- Support machine setup and tool handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist in basic inspection and measurement tasks
- Support operators in achieving production targets
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing/machine operations (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and work in industrial environment
- Good physical stamina and discipline
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
Eligibility Criteria:
- ITI / 10th / 12th Pass
- Freshers can apply (experience in automobile industry is a plus)
