Logistic Manager Job in village Ismaila, Rohtak-Sampla Road

We are hiring an experienced Logistics Manager with 8+ years of expertise in dispatch and logistics management within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of supply chain, dispatch planning, transportation, inventory coordination, and team management to ensure smooth and cost-effective logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Manage transportation, fleet coordination, and route optimization.

• Monitor inward & outward material movement and maintain proper documentation.

• Coordinate with production, store, and sales teams for smooth dispatch planning.

• Implement and maintain logistics SOPs, safety, and compliance standards.

• Negotiate and manage relationships with transporters and logistics vendors.

• Maintain dispatch records, MIS reports, and analyze logistics performance.

• Ensure minimum transportation costs while maintaining high service standards.

• Lead and train logistics staff for efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma / MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

• Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics/dispatch management (manufacturing industry)

• Strong knowledge of dispatch planning, fleet management, and logistics software/Excel

• Good understanding of inventory coordination & supply chain management

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure
