We are hiring a Junior Civil Engineer / Civil Site Supervisor for an ongoing construction project with a duration of approximately 2 years in Reliance Mat City, Jhajjar. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain strong on-site construction supervision experience.

Key Responsibilities (Site Supervision Role)

• Supervise daily construction site activities

• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labor teams

• Maintain site progress reports and daily work records

• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship

• Ensure safety norms and site discipline are followed

• Assist senior engineers in measurements and site documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering

• Basic knowledge of construction methods and site execution

• Understanding of drawings, measurements, and BOQs

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle site responsibilities independently

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Own bike mandatory/preferred for site travel

• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years experience can apply

• Willing to work full-time on-site for long-term project duration
