We are hiring a Junior Civil Engineer / Civil Site Supervisor for an ongoing construction project with a duration of approximately 2 years in Reliance Mat City, Jhajjar. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain strong on-site construction supervision experience.
Key Responsibilities (Site Supervision Role)
Supervise daily construction site activities
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labor teams
Maintain site progress reports and daily work records
Monitor quality of materials and workmanship
Ensure safety norms and site discipline are followed
Assist senior engineers in measurements and site documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
Basic knowledge of construction methods and site execution
Understanding of drawings, measurements, and BOQs
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle site responsibilities independently
Preferred Candidate Profile
Own bike mandatory/preferred for site travel
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years experience can apply
Willing to work full-time on-site for long-term project duration
