Job Description: Female Accountant in MIE Part B Bahadurgarh Haryana

We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant with at least 1 year of experience using Busy Accounting Software and working knowledge of IndiaMART platform. This position is open only to female candidates who are graduates and looking to build their career in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Busy Accounting Software.
• Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
• Assist with GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Coordinate with vendors via IndiaMART for quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Support the senior accountant in audit preparation and other accounting tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Busy Accounting Software.
• Basic working knowledge of IndiaMART platform.
• Proficient in MS Excel and general computer operations
• Good communication and organizational skills.
