Responsibilities
- Perform fitting, assembly, installation, and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment
- Carry out routine inspection and preventive maintenance of machines
- Identify mechanical faults and perform necessary repair and adjustment work
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and accurately
- Read and follow mechanical drawings and technical instructions
- Assist in machine breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and functioning of machine components
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
- Follow company safety procedures and industrial maintenance guidelines
- Coordinate with the maintenance and production teams to minimize machine downtime
- Report major machine issues and maintenance requirements to the supervisor
- Perform other fitting and mechanical maintenance tasks as assigned by management
