We are seeking an experienced IT Head / Head of Information Technology to lead and manage the organization’s entire IT infrastructure, systems, and digital operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for IT strategy planning, cybersecurity management, ERP systems, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless technology support across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a company-wide IT strategy aligned with overall business objectives

• Oversee IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, hardware, software, and cloud systems

• Ensure cybersecurity, data security, and risk management policies are implemented and maintained

• Manage ERP, CRM, and enterprise business applications

• Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, automation, and digital transformation initiatives

• Monitor system performance, uptime, and ensure minimal downtime across operations

• Implement and manage data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans

• Manage IT budgets, vendor negotiations, licensing, and procurement of IT hardware & software

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection laws, and regulatory standards

• Supervise, mentor, and lead the IT team, ensuring skill development and high performance

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management and planning

• In-depth knowledge of network security, firewalls, cybersecurity frameworks, and data protection

• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

• Hands-on experience in ERP systems, CRM software, and enterprise applications

• Proven leadership, team management, and decision-making skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Experience in IT budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiations

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Master’s degree (preferred)

• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, ITIL, AWS, Azure, or equivalent will be an advantage
