Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Inventory Executive or related role
• Male candidate preferred
• Good knowledge of dispatch management and stock handling
• Experience in inventory control, inward and outward material management
• Knowledge of stock audits and inventory reconciliation
• Ability to maintain accurate stock records and reports
• Familiarity with Excel and inventory management software
• Understanding of warehouse documentation such as challans, invoices, and dispatch records
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with warehouse, production, and dispatch teams
• Candidate should be responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day inventory operations and stock records
• Monitor inward and outward material movement
• Handle dispatch planning and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain proper stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory
• Perform regular stock verification and reconciliation
• Prepare inventory reports and update management on stock status
• Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch departments
