We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Lead / HR Manager to join in Sector 4B, Bahadurgarh. The role is responsible for leading the entire HR function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, HR operations, and administrative management.
This position acts as a strategic business partner to leadership, ensuring HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals while fostering a culture of high performance, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership

Develop and drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives

Provide strategic input to leadership on organizational design, culture, and workforce planning

Act as a trusted advisor to management on people-related matters
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Oversee recruitment and selection for key roles across departments

Implement structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth employee integration

Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent
Performance Management

Manage performance appraisal systems ensuring transparency and KPI alignment

Support managers in goal setting, performance feedback, and reviews

Identify performance gaps and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs)
Learning & Development

Conduct training needs assessments and design employee development programs

Lead leadership development, succession planning, and skill enhancement initiatives

Measure training effectiveness and ROI on learning programs
Employee Engagement & Relations

Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace

Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with confidentiality

Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement improvement actions
Compensation & Benefits

Oversee payroll coordination and statutory compliance as required

Design competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with market benchmarks

Implement employee recognition and reward programs
HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, SOPs, and documentation

Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies

Manage HR MIS, employee records, and audits
Administrative & Facility Management

Oversee daily administrative operations including facility and office management
-
Manage vendor contracts, AMC agreements, and procurement of office supplies

Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and security standards

Supervise travel, logistics, and transportation arrangements
-
Coordinate repairs, renovations, and infrastructure maintenance
-
Monitor budgets and optimize administrative costs through effective controls
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, MBA (HR), or Business Administration
-
2–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year leading HR functions
-
Proven experience in end-to-end HR operations and people management
-
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance

Experience with HRIS and digital HR tools preferred
