HR Executive Job In Village Rohad Near Sampla Haryana

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Executive to join manufacturing plant located in Village Rohad, near Sampla, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, manpower planning, recruitment, and employee management, specifically in a manufacturing or industrial setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment to ensure timely hiring of skilled and unskilled workers.

• Develop and implement effective manpower planning to support plant operations.

• Maintain proper documentation of employees including joining, exits, contracts, etc.

• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

• Handle employee grievances, attendance, and discipline-related matters.

• Monitor contract labor and ensure compliance with labor laws.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation of new hires.

• Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave records.

• Foster a positive work environment and contribute to employee engagement activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or plant-based environment.

• Strong knowledge of manpower handling, local hiring, and labor management.

• Ability to manage both permanent and contractual workforce.

• Good understanding of labor laws, PF/ESI, and HR documentation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
