Candidates should be willing to learn computerized furnace operations, maintain quality standards, and follow all workplace safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: ITI Passed or Diploma Holder from a recognized institute.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred Gender: Male.
• Basic knowledge of computerized machines or industrial equipment.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing and production environment.
• Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures.
• Basic awareness of industrial safety practices and quality standards.
• Physically fit to perform production-related duties.
• Good communication skills and a positive learning attitude.
• Punctual, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor computerized furnace vacuum machines according to production requirements.
• Set up machine parameters as instructed by supervisors or standard operating procedures.
• Load and unload materials safely for heat treatment or processing.
• Monitor furnace temperature, vacuum levels, and machine performance throughout production.
• Conduct routine machine inspections and promptly report any faults or irregularities.
• Maintain production records and machine operation logs accurately.
• Ensure finished products meet quality and production standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards.
• Assist with routine machine maintenance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
