We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Female Telecaller to join at Ganpati Dham, Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers over the phone. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products or services.
Handle inbound queries, explain product details, and guide customers through the inquiry process.
Maintain a record of calls and customer responses in Excel or CRM software.
Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and customer satisfaction.
Communicate politely and professionally to maintain a positive company image.
Support the sales and marketing team with data collection, feedback, and appointment scheduling.
Meet daily and weekly call targets as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or customer service experience will be an advantage.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Confident, energetic, and willing to learn.
Pleasant voice and polite telephone manners.
