We are looking for a responsible and proactive Fire & Safety Executive to join in Charkhi Dadri, Haryana. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, implementing fire prevention measures, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor fire and safety policies at the workplace
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure proper functioning of fire safety equipment (extinguishers, alarms, hydrants)
- Train employees on fire safety procedures and emergency response
- Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms and regulations
- Coordinate mock drills and emergency evacuation procedures
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of fire safety systems and industrial safety practices
- Understanding of safety compliance and regulations
- Good observation and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and training abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma/Degree in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety or related field
- Relevant experience preferred
