- We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and are passionate about sales and client relationship management.
The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating sales, converting leads into bookings, and providing exceptional customer service related to aviation, helicopter charter, and travel solutions.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred (Any Stream)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
- 0β3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, Travel, Tourism, Aviation, Hospitality, or Related Industries
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, Internet, and CRM Software
- Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
- Professional telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Explain helicopter charter services, aviation packages, and travel solutions to customers
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and company databases
- Assist customers with booking procedures and required documentation
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate service information
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer service
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and support

- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines
- Experience in Aviation Sales, Travel Sales, Tourism, Helicopter Booking, or Hospitality Industry will be an added advantage
