Job Description: Female Sales Coordinator Mundka, Delhi
We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented Female Sales Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, excellent command over Advanced Excel and Tally software, and the ability to handle day-to-day sales coordination activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team and customers for order processing and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, invoices, and order tracking sheets.
Manage customer inquiries, calls, and emails professionally and promptly.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Assist in dispatch coordination and inventory management when required.
Use Advanced Excel to prepare MIS reports, summaries, and sales analysis.
Handle basic accounting and billing entries using Tally software.
Ensure smooth communication between clients, sales, and internal departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or back-office roles.
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
Proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.) and Tally ERP 9 / Prime.
Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
Presentable personality, with a confident and positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
