We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Female Office Assistant to join in MIE Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, communication skills, and at least 1 year of experience in office coordination or administrative work.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily office operations and provide administrative support
Manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Maintain office files, records, and documentation
Assist in preparing invoices, reports, and basic data entry
Coordinate with different departments and support office staff
Manage schedules, appointments, and office supplies
Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, letters, and basic reports
Assist visitors and ensure smooth office functioning
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in office work or administration
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Word, Email, Internet)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
