We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Female Office Assistant to join in MIE Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, communication skills, and at least 1 year of experience in office coordination or administrative work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office operations and provide administrative support

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries

  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation

  • Assist in preparing invoices, reports, and basic data entry

  • Coordinate with different departments and support office staff

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and office supplies

  • Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, letters, and basic reports

  • Assist visitors and ensure smooth office functioning


Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office work or administration

  • Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Word, Email, Internet)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and work with accuracy

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Polite, professional, and responsible attitude
