Requirements
- Graduate (B.Com) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accountant.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and invoice processing.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Ability to maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Good mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and bills.
- Maintain cash book, bank book, and petty cash records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in GST-related documentation and accounting work.
- Maintain proper records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Generate accounting reports as required by management.
- Coordinate with auditors and support during audits.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
- Perform general office accounting and administrative tasks when required.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
