We are hiring a Factory Supervisor for an engineering manufacturing unit in Bahadurgarh. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring quality standards, and managing workforce efficiency to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet targets.
• Manage resources (manpower, machinery, materials) effectively.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and conduct regular checks.
• Supervise, train, and support shop-floor staff for productivity and safety.
• Enforce health & safety protocols and conduct risk assessments.
• Monitor expenses, reduce wastage, and control production costs.
• Drive process improvements and suggest innovative solutions.
• Prepare reports on production performance and communicate with management.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Good leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
