We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage and oversee dispatch operations at footwear Industry in Sector 17, Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in dispatch operations along with good knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute daily dispatch activities efficiently
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery challans
- Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping norms
- Coordinate with logistics partners, transporters, and courier services
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and inventory movement
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and ensure smooth operations
- Work closely with warehouse, production, and accounts teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatch operations
- Strong knowledge of export procedures and documentation
- Good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
