We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage and oversee dispatch operations at footwear Industry in Sector 17, Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in dispatch operations along with good knowledge of export procedures and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily dispatch activities efficiently
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery challans
• Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping norms
• Coordinate with logistics partners, transporters, and courier services
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and inventory movement
• Resolve dispatch-related issues and ensure smooth operations
• Work closely with warehouse, production, and accounts teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatch operations
• Strong knowledge of export procedures and documentation
• Good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
