We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to join in Indri, Karnal. The candidate will be responsible for managing dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and loading of goods
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain dispatch records and generate reports
- Coordinate with transporters and resolve dispatch-related issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes
- Familiarity with e-way bills and documentation
- Basic understanding of GST-related dispatch procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch/logistics
