Job Description: Dispatch Executive sec. 17 Bahadurgarh
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations of manufacturing unit based in Bahadurgarh Haryana. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in dispatch and related paperwork, and be capable of handling logistical tasks with accuracy and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the daily dispatch of goods to customers or clients.
Prepare dispatch-related documentation such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport paperwork.
Ensure proper record-keeping of all dispatches for tracking and reporting.
Work closely with the warehouse, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and track deliveries, resolving any issues related to delays or incorrect shipments.
Maintain compliance with company policies and logistical regulations.
Report dispatch status and updates to the supervisor or manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary)
At least 1 year of experience in dispatch/logistics work
Basic knowledge of paperwork involved in dispatch (invoice, challans, etc.)
Familiarity with MS Excel or manual record keeping
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
