Data Entry/ Computer Operator job in Sec. 16 Bahadurgarh
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator with at least 1 year of experience and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel to join in Sector 16, Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate should be accurate, organized, and capable of handling large volumes of data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately in Excel sheets and internal systems
Maintain records of materials, production, or attendance as required
Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports in Excel
Verify data for errors and correct inconsistencies
Assist with basic office documentation and support other departments when needed
Maintain confidentiality and security of company data
Coordinate with supervisors and reporting managers for timely task completion
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a data entry or office assistant role
Skills Required:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, tables, formatting)
Fast and accurate typing speed
Good attention to detail and time management
Communication: Basic communication skills in Hindi and English
Other: Punctual, disciplined, and able to follow instructions properly
Educational Qualification:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
Basic computer or Excel training/certification is a plus
