We are looking for a customer-focused and well-spoken Customer Service Executive to join in Kaithal. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, or in-person interaction
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of communication and service quality
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Ability to handle customers professionally
