CRM Executive Job in IMT Rohtak
We are looking for an experienced and confident Female CRM Executive to join in IMT Rohtak. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in handling customer relations, client coordination, and sales support. She must be well-versed in managing customer databases, handling queries, and maintaining professional communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client communication through phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
Maintain and update CRM systems and customer records.
Coordinate between customers and internal departments (Sales, Dispatch, Production).
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare MIS reports and assist in after-sales support.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Female candidate with minimum 2 years of CRM or customer support experience.
Graduate with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email handling, and CRM software.
Pleasant personality and customer-focused approach.
Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
