Job Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (Lathe, Milling, or Router) to produce high-precision components.

Interpret technical drawings, CAD/CAM designs, and blueprints to create accurate CNC programs.

Optimize CNC programs for efficiency, speed, and minimal waste.

Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure proper calibration.

Troubleshoot machine errors and ensure consistent production quality.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and specifications.
Requirements

2–3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of safety protocols and machine maintenance.
