Job Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (Lathe, Milling, or Router) to produce high-precision components.

• Interpret technical drawings, CAD/CAM designs, and blueprints to create accurate CNC programs.

• Optimize CNC programs for efficiency, speed, and minimal waste.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure proper calibration.

• Troubleshoot machine errors and ensure consistent production quality.

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and specifications.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code).

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and machine maintenance.

• Preferably male candidates, as per current workforce requirements.
