Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or site engineering
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution
- Must have good Excel skills for billing, BOQ preparation, and reporting
- Ability to read and understand drawings and project plans
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Male candidate preferred
- Ability to handle site work independently
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain billing records, BOQs, and project reports using Excel
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Monitor material usage and ensure cost control
- Conduct site inspections and ensure safety compliance
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Maintain proper documentation and progress reports of the project
