We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in B2B sales within the Plastic Manufacturing Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B clients within the plastic manufacturing sector.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Understand clients’ requirements and propose suitable products and solutions.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product details to clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, production, and delivery follow-ups.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to expand business reach.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the Plastic Manufacturing Industry (mandatory).
Strong understanding of plastic products, materials, and industrial applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel for client meetings (if required).
