We are hiring a skilled Bending Machine Operator for our manufacturing unit in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating bending machines and ensuring precision in metal fabrication processes. This role requires attention to detail, technical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bending Machine Operator
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal bending, tooling, and machine setup
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with different types of bending machines (CNC/Manual)
- Basic understanding of measurement tools like vernier calipers and gauges
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in a factory environment
- Male candidates preferred
- Ability to work in shifts if required
Responsibilities
- Operate bending machines to shape metal components as per specifications
- Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and adjust settings for accurate production
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure correct bending angles and dimensions
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain production records and report any issues to supervisors
- Ensure workplace safety and follow all safety guidelines
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets
