We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admin Manager to oversee and manage all administrative operations at the manufacturing Plant basedΒ  in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and extensive experience in administration, facility management, vendor coordination, and compliance management. This role requires a proactive professional who can ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functioning while maintaining high operational standards.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in administration and facility management.
  • Strong knowledge of office administration, vendor management, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative functions efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting.
  • Experience in handling security, housekeeping, transportation, and facility operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal departments and external service providers.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all administrative activities of the organization.
  • Oversee facility management, housekeeping, security, and maintenance operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure uninterrupted services.
  • Monitor office infrastructure and ensure proper upkeep of company assets.
  • Handle procurement of administrative supplies and maintain inventory records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage transportation, travel arrangements, and employee support services.
  • Prepare administrative budgets and control operational expenses.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and administrative reports.
  • Support management in implementing administrative policies and process improvements.
  • Resolve administrative issues promptly and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to fulfill organizational administrative requirements.
