Admin Manager Job in Bahadurgarh Haryana
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Admin Manager to oversee and manage the entire administration and support functions of factory based in Bahadurgarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, facility management, and coordination between different departments to achieve organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the complete administrative functions of the factory.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, factory rules, labor laws, and safety regulations.
- Supervise facility management including housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and maintenance services.
- Handle vendor management, procurement of admin-related items, and cost control.
- Coordinate with HR for employee-related matters like attendance, shift schedules, and welfare activities.
- Manage office documentation, records, and filing systems.
- Ensure proper liaison with government authorities, local bodies, and external agencies as required.
- Support factory management in audits, inspections, and reporting.
- Maintain discipline, resolve grievances, and create a safe and productive work environment.
- Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenses.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, preferably in a manufacturing / factory environment.
- Strong knowledge of factory operations, compliance, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a team effectively.
