We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Admin Executive to join in Ganaur, Sonipat. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative activities and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office administration and coordination
  • Handle office documentation, records, and filing
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Assist in HR and operational tasks
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain attendance records and support basic MIS reporting
  • Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of office premises

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving and time management skills

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration
