We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Admin Executive to join in Ganaur, Sonipat. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative activities and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administration and coordination
- Handle office documentation, records, and filing
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist in HR and operational tasks
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain attendance records and support basic MIS reporting
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of office premises
Required Skills:
